What You Need To Know Before Attending Your Session

When attending a Reconnective Healing Session or Personal Reconnection, it is important to bear the following in mind:

Clothing:
Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate for the season.  Bear in mind that you will be resting face-up (shoes off) on a padded table during your sessions.

Scents:
Avoid perfume and the use of strongly scented soaps, hair and/or skin care before your sessions.  Sessions should be as fragrance-free as possible.

Jewellery:
All jewellery is fine, as long as it is comfortable for you to wear during your sessions.

State of Mind:
During the session, you will be asked to lie down on a massage table, close your eyes and “let go”.  It is best to be in a state of expectancy (allowing) and not expectation (expecting) during the session to allow for whatever is supposed to happen.  During these sessions it is not necessary and, in fact not recommended, that you meditate, pray or attach to any specific outcome.  Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process brought to you from God/Love/Universe, and intended to give you exactly what you need at this time.

Time:
Each Reconnective Healing® session usually lasts an Hour and 1-3 sessions are usually recommended.

The Reconnection® is always facilitated in two separate sessions, ideally over 2 consecutive days. Please allow an Hour for each of the 2 appointments.
